Manual Handling Instructor course

Qualtec offers several end users courses and also other courses for trainers. The end user courses include Fire Safety Training Course, Boom Spraying Course, Handheld Knapsack Spraying Course, Manual Handling Training Course, and Patient Handling Training Course. Some of the courses for trainers include MEWPs Instructor Course, Patient Handling Instructor Refresh Course, PHECC CFR Instructor recertification, Level 6 Manual Handling Instructor Course, Working at Heights Instructor Course, PHECC First Aid Instructor Course and abrasive wheels instructor Course. The abrasive wheels instructor course has been specially designed to provide the delegates with the required knowledge and skills to deliver an Abrasive Wheels Training course. The necessary prerequisites for enrolling yourself for this course are that the learners should have a very good command on English language. They should be good both on oral and written. They should ideally be having some prior training experience and also have an intention to complete the Train the Trainer/ Instructor course like QQI Level 6 Training Delivery & Evaluation or QQI Level 6 Manual Handling Instructor.
 
FAR Instructor course
The content of the course includes various topics including the Legislation related to abrasive wheels, Accidents involving abrasive wheels, Types of abrasive wheels, Manufacture of abrasive wheels, Information on abrasive wheels, Handling & Storage of abrasive wheels, Components of abrasive wheels, Dressing & trueing of abrasive wheels, Structuring an abrasive wheels training course, Delivering an abrasive wheels course and Assessing learners knowledge & skills. Once you complete the abrasive wheels instructor Course successfully, you will be receiving a Qualtec certificate. This certificate will be valid for a period of five years. Qualtec also has a post training support in place for the people who have attended the course. Qualtec will provide adequate support to you even after the completion of the course and will give appropriate advice to all those candidates who may need one. The duration of the course is usually for one day only. However, the trainers who are inexperienced or not adequately qualified would be required to attend a second assessment day. Refreshments like tea and coffee will be provided during the training session. All the delegates will be registered to Qualtec online resource centre after successful completion of the abrasive wheels instructor Course. This resource centre will have all the necessary resources to deliver the abrasive wheels course. The resources include guides, PowerPoint slides, sample certificate and several links to all the videos regarding the topic. There will also be other online resources and sample tests.
